My name is Eric. I have been a comic book reader since I was very young. I am quite skilled in many other literary forms such as poetry, lyrics, and even short stories but within the last year I decided that I wanted to begin writing comics and continue to do that as a career. Although I am new to this format, I believe myself to be a skilled writer. I am currently writing a series of graphic novels called Tales of The Silhouette. It is a story of tragedy and retribution, vigilantism and anarchy. One of the things that sets my project aside from many others is that I am also a musician. I am creating a Rock soundtrack of my own original compositions that will accompany the story scene by scene, just like a film score. I have an artist who is terrific but unfortunately has many scheduling conflicts. I am hoping to find an artist interested in collaborating with me on the story, meaning full partnership. As I am new to this, I don't have much to pay for your services but if you hear the story and feel the same passion for it as I do, I am hoping you will be willing to make the necessary time investment to launch the book and receive your return. My influences include Alan Moore, Geoff Johns, Jeph Loeb, Joss Whedon, Frank Miller, Andy Diggle, Daniel Way, and many others. Some of my favorite stories are Watchmen, V for Vendetta, Batman Hush, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman Year One, Green Lantern Blackest Night, Green Lantern Secret Origin, Green Arrow Year One, Wolverine Origins, Deadpool and Cable, etc.
