My name is Tomomi Sarafov. I'm a freelance illustrator / graphic designer in Melbourne, Australia. I became a freelance graphic designer in 1997 and worked for Magazines and hair salon advertisement in Japan. I have learned to fit in corporate world with narrow time frames, importance of quick turn around and professionalism.
After I moved to Australia, I start working on the educational book publishers as freelance illustrator. Since then I slowly moved to children's picture book illustrations and when I have time I did my own comic book work and practicing skill up.
I have illustrated at Pearson Australia, Thomson / Nelson and local self publishing authors novel covers and children's picture books. Currently I'm working on Macquarie University web comics and series of children's novel, Zac Power books illustrations.
I use Mac and with Adobe CS5, MangaStudio 5 with wacom tablet for all my drawing work.
